Chris,

You may want to consider using Lucene instead of htdig.  You can
download the integration code at
http://www.syskinetic.com/customer/links.html There is also a page on
the OpenCMS website about it.  As Lucene is 100% Java it integrates a
lot more naturally with OpenCMS than htdig.

My actual current task is to implement a 'search site' edit field/button
in the current Web tree.

I built HT/Dig-3.1.6 on my system (Win2k - sigh, it's got to be
windows).
Are there any documents explaining how to use OpenCMS with HTDIG?
