[opencms-dev] Is there a tutorial (besides the manual)?

What is the best reading to get used to programming/designing
under OpenCms?

I have some difficulties in getting used to the XML notation, templates
etc. 

Also, how to start an empty project. I created a new project but see the whole
tree of another existing project in this project. How come?

And how to embed a Servlet as an action in a FORM.
