[opencms-dev] English OpenCms help text?

Hi All,

Is there an english copy of the OpenCms help text?  If not I will make a
translation.

Is there a convenient mechanism to select languages at either build or run
time?

If I have to do the translation, can somebody on the "inside" tell me how I
can contribute this effort to OpenCms?

In addition, I notice some of the error messages etc. in the source code
are in german.  Multilingual support for this too?
