Ok, I resolved. Just install the DhtmlEd SDK.

 

The HTML plug-in uses a component that is installed by Microsoft
Internet Explorer, it may be the case that the version of Internet
Explorer you have installed on your machine does not have this component
installed.

If this is the case can you download and install this:
<http://msdn.microsoft.com/archive/en-us/dnaredcom/html/dhedsdk.exe>
http://msdn.microsoft.com/archive/en-us/dnaredcom/html/dhedsdk.exe and
try rerunning the plug-in.
