[opencms-dev] grey flag "belongs to project" confuses me...

Hi Alex,

I switched a little bit around with stealing locks - loggin into 
different users
I found now a way make it working again...

I logged in with the user I was logged in in my login website.
I locked every file.
logged out.
and stole the lock with admin user.

I tried to publish it and worked now --- :-)

I don't know if it's really a bug  - but it could be - because normaly I 
should be able to publish anyways at administrator without having to 
login as a different user....
