[opencms-dev] Documentation status - use 4.6 docs?

In the absence of documentation for OpenCMS 5, I'm wondering how useful the 4.6 docs are for learning how to use OpenCMS 5.

Would I be better off to install and learn 4.6 using the existing documentation, or to try to use 5.0? The lack of a simple guide / tutorial and updated documentation is the major barrier to my team's use of OpenCMS.
