[opencms-dev] Where to put templates?

There are several template types (master, frame and content). they all 
reside in the system/modules/org.opencms.default directory (which is 
only visible to the admin user).

Tutorials are rare (I know only one: "Erzbistum Köln" or so). 
Documentation for oc5 is in progress AFAIK.
