[opencms-dev] Cache problem

I have some resources as XML files. If I published a new version
of the files, I get only the old version of the files. If I click
in the online project on the files, I get the new versions.

The 'flex.cache.enabled' and 'elementcache.enabled' properties are false.
The "Flex Cache Administration" page shows that nothing is cached.

How can I get the new versions without restart the application?
