I have found two useful resources: (1) the archives of this
mailing list, and (2) the OpenCMS manual, which is downloadable from the
OpenCMS.com site. The manual is in PDF form.

I have found these sites to be useful:
www.CMSwatch.com
www.CMSinfo.org -- has many links to web sites.
www.camworld.com/cms/ -- a mailing list devoted to CMS's.
www.clueful.com.au/ -- good list of open source CMS's.
www.oscom.org -- one of the few good sites devoted to
open source CMS's.
www.edocmagazine.com -- like CMSwatch, this site
devotes far more space to proprietary CMS's than to open source CMS's.
I hope that information that helps.
