[opencms-dev] Template Access problem

Hi,

I think it's no permission problem. its a path problem.. Double check 
your paths.. maybe this helps..
tho I as I can see you folder is named "frameteamplates"

I can see your error message showes the system searches in "frametemplate"

But surely no permission problem.
