[opencms-dev] NewsModule again / Localisation

Hi Ulrich,

After regular installation of the Newsmodule i copied the *.class
files to the WEB-INF/classes directory, just as you have done.
Furthermore i set 
	compatibility.support.oldlocales=true
in opencms.properties.
Then I got a cvs snapshot of the opencms core and the newsmodule,
built the distribution from cvs and built the modules *.class files
from the cvs sources. The resulting binaries work with the support for
the old localisation style and the question marks should be gone.

The other way would be (i.e. no recompiling) to create the named 
	workplace.properties
file, as Andreas described in his posting, on the server file system 
in WEB-INF/classes/com/opencms/modules/homepage/news.
