You can do that by changing the permissions of the template files.
Deactivate the "v" (visible) flag for all master templates which
shouldn't appear in the list, e.g. to "rw-rw-r---".

I have instaled 5.0 rc2 beta. I have successfully created project
hallo_world. after it i created templates, frameetmplates,
contenttemplates directories in /system/modules. then i made my first
page hallo_world. Now my question:
- page hallo_world can have template from different modules. Is it
possible to use only templates from my template directories? Can I
assign only specified templates to my new pages? because now I can use
templates from different modules.
