[opencms-dev] possible bug in download galleries static export

Hello,
 
I did following in version 5rc2.
I created a download gallery in administration mode (labeled 'intranet')
And uploaded a file into this gallery.
 
After direct publishing it, I got a strange behavior in the servers file
system.
Normally it should create a directory called  'downloads' in
webapps/opencms/export/
And a directory 'intranet' for the gallery within the '~/downloads'
directory.
 
but the export procedure created the directory:
 
'%2Fdownload%2Fintranet'  (exactly with the percent2F chars)
 
so the download doesn't work in online mode (online in offline mode while
it's read from the db)
 
Does anyone can help me with issue?
 
The Servers OS is SuSE Linux, Database is MySQL also on the server.
