Now the site work fine, but I must restart tomcat after edit opencms.properties...
it wan't enough too restart the application to view the changes

  try the following:

  In the file /WEB-INF/config/opencms.properties, change the line:
  url_prefix_export=/${WEB_APP_NAME}/export

  to 

  url_prefix_export=/export

  This might or might not help you. If not, you have to check you Apache / Tomcat setup, but this matters are rather complicated sometimes.

    I have a problem to setup http://www.cesenaticoturismo.com/opencms/
    You can see the bad dir "/cestur/" in any source (pics, links...).

    "/cestur/" is the name of the application in tomcat, how can I delete this from any path?

    This project use OpenCms 5.0 rc1.
