[opencms-dev] French OpenCms workplace

Hi everyone,

Has part of an openCms projet, we have created a
workplace_fr.properties. 
This is the first version, and we are still correcting a few spelling
and grammatical mistakes.
I was thinking of putting this file into CVs, so that we can build on
the first version, and make the checking of errors a bit more
productive. 
Is this the right way of doing things ? or is there a specific procedure
to go through?
