[opencms-dev] edit page - galleries - users and groups

Hello,

I am using the latest CVS version of OpenCms.

I have different image galleries for different projects and I set the
access permissions of the folders so the projectmanager only sees his
image gallery in the administration view. But when someone is editing a
page and uses the button image gallery he also sees all other galleries,
although he has no right to see the galleries.
The same applies for the download galleries.

But I must grant the guest user the right to read the files, so they
will be exported statically. Is this behaviour a bug or a feature?

Is it somehow possible to specify certain users and groups for each
user, so e. g. he may only grant file permissions to these groups and
users and not to other users or groups. I also want that a user can only
send messages to certain users and groups and _not_ to all OpenCms
Users.
Can this be achieved out of the box resp where do I have to change the
code?
