[opencms-dev] File Encoding problem

Edit your catalina.sh and add a line:
export CATALINA_OPTS=-Dfile.encoding=ISO-8859-1 (in Linux)
CATALINA_OPTS=-Dfile.encoding=ISO-8859-1 (Windows)
Restart your tomcat and start the install again.
