[opencms-dev] Please tell me why?

 Hi,
    I've almost finished chinese localization,but now,i met a upset 
problem.
When i first login,the login window displays English,but if i login and 
then logout,the login window display chinese ,i want  to display chinese 
when user login first,what should i do?if other language localization met 
this problem?
