[opencms-dev] JVM Tuning reccomendations for OpenCMS

I'd put my max heap size as the bigger one  rather than make them the 
same, although our app was not related to opencms.
Try 128 - 256 , 256 -384 and see if it helps you.
I didn't put the -XXnew size stuff so you might want to remove them to 
see if it affects you.
