[opencms-dev] openCMS Explorer needs refresh function

Hi list,

if i work with the opencms workplace sometimes it needs 
a refresh via the green icon function to display the
opencms explorer correctly. does anybodys knows how to optimize
this.

I use Apache 1.3.27 and Tomcat 4.1.24 on a Linux Box.
I guess this occurs more often if i request the workplace over mod_jk.
