[opencms-dev] Case problem with includes !

I wasn't actually aware of this problem, but I just fixed it in the CVS.


If you really need this _now_, consider not using the tags but instead
insert a scriplet with CmsJspActionElement's include() methods. The
.tolowercase() was only applied in the tag.
