[opencms-dev] Including PHP scripts

I think it's not possible, since Tomcat is just an java servlet container.
So actually it shouldn't be possible to execute PHP scripts. I tested it by
creating a php test file, but when I opened it, the browsers screen left
completly white and no evaluation has been done. But I need to use PHP
scripts.
All suggestions are welcome!!!
