[opencms-dev] Edit Page comes up with blank page

Hello,

I am following the documentation of OpenCMS 5.0.0 and attempt to edit
installation.html.
I choose Edit Page and the editor pops up with a blank page. This seems
extremely strange as I am expecting the existing content to show up in the
editor. Is that the expected behaviour, or is there a problem with my
openCMS/TomCat/MySQL installation?
