I'm trying to install the opencms over a Linux Server with the next 
environment's description:

Server 
RedHat Linux 7.3 Kernell 2.4.18
Java j2sdk1.4.1_03
Jboss-3.0.7_jakarta-tomcat-4.1.24
jdbc driver classes12.jar

DB Server (The DB is installed in a separate server with an independent IP 
address)
RedHat Linux 7.3 Kernell 2.4.18
Oracle 9ias

ANNOTATON: The configuration of the firewall permit the communication between 
both servers.


When i tried to run the ocsetup and select the connection to the server that 
contains the DB appears the next message:

Could no connect to database via: jdbc:oracle:thin:@IP:1521:psva
java.sql.SQLException: Excepción de E/S: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)
(VSNNUM=153092352)(ERR=12505)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12505)(EMFI=4))))
