[opencms-dev] Spanish language module

Actually, it doesn't matter what view you are in. The tool icon, which
is user preferences, under the "Startup Options" tab, will allow you to
change the default language.

Yes, in the administration console, look for the options menu, and there
you will find how to change the language.
