[opencms-dev] Intro docs?

Hi all,
 
I'm brand new to OpenCMS, and I'm having difficulties finding the very basic
theory documentation.
I still dont understand fully how the whole system is supposed to work with
online/offline, modules, projects etc.
Is there a doc somewhere that explains how to setup a very basic 1 page site
from scratch?
Walkthrough how to setup the folders etc, with explanations of why each step
is done?#
 
If not, could someone outline the basic steps to make a new site?
