[opencms-dev] quick question on workplace templates

Is it true that the worplace templates are still xml based? I am asking this question because the manual states that jsp-based templates are now the preferred method (p.51) I'm looking at them now in eclipse at opencms/etc/ocsetup/vfs/system/workplace/templates . Just to be on the safe side: If I want to adjust the workplace, these are the templates I need to edit right?
