[opencms-dev] How to copie a module or a template?

Hi there,
 
I want to copy a module or better a Template!
I changed the opencms.template for my needs! 
Now I want to copy the template for another site and change the settings
a little bit!
Has anybody an Idea?
Just setting up an new module and copy the folders won't work!
 
Please help me!
