Hi Bjorn,

I have not found a way to do it in the Links Gallery itself.

In the WYSYWYG editor you can:
1) Create the link using 'External Links Gallery'or 'Link'
2) Select the link and modify the link using the 'Link' button.  There you
have the option to select the target.
