[opencms-dev] Query for OpenCMS GURUS !!

Hi,
I am a novice in Open CMS, and want to know, is there any interface or
template in OCMS that i can use to manage the web content,
like... lets say
i divide my page in three columns left for "links", centre for
"news/content" and right for "other info", is there any interface in OCMS
where in i can add, remove, rearrange, edit, the content from each
columns,(categories which can come under this are title, head, tob, bottom,
etc.) then save and/or publish this page with my settings. this single
interface saves my time and the page becomes more dynamic and managable.

Does OCMS have anything like it or close to it? F1 (help) me!!
