[opencms-dev] MS sql 2000 driver for JDBC. Invalid parameter binding...(guru's help me)

hi,
using ocms with ms sql 2000, tomcat4 on win2k.
earlier ocms was working fine when due to an error i had to reinstall it 
again, now the prob is when i select "Admin" view from the workplace WITH 
"offline" view i get the foll error....

com.opencms.core.CmsException: 4 Sql exception. Detailed error: 
[com.opencms.file.mssql.CmsDbAccess] [Microsoft][SQLServer 2000 Driver for 
JDBC]Invalid parameter binding(s)..
root cause was java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][SQLServer 2000 Driver for 
JDBC]Invalid parameter binding(s).

however it works with "online" view +"Admin" view... however the "upload" 
buttons are greyed out.
i actually want to upload the modules.... :)
