My ocsetup was having problems with duplicate keys, etc. I reinstalled
mysql:

tomcat v. 4, etc. When I try accessing localhost:8080/opencms/opencms I
get:

  HTTP Status 404 -

------------------------------------------------------------------------

type Status report

message

description The requested resource () is not available.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

      Apache Tomcat/4.1

Is there a way to check to see what the problem is, perhaps, without
going through a browser?
