[opencms-dev] Challange! External Program access to OpenCMS I nstance...

The line takes a user name and a group, so i would say, C_USER_ADMIN and
C_GROUP_ADMIN could do the job. But if it does not work, you can create the
object with the guest user and then call the loginUser method and pass the
admin's name and password.
