I asked this once before 
 but didnt get a reply. I think the answer is
yes. I just picked a number that wasnt already in there and then
assigned it. Seems to work. I dont actually know what would happen if
you didnt.

does someone know what the table CMS_SYSTEMID needs for? Do I have to
insert a record with my module table name?
