Hi,
I had a look at openCMS-Struts a few months ago. It allows to integrate
struts applications in openCMS environment not vice-versa. If you are
interested in a struts based cms look at ion-cms
(ion-cms.sourceforge.net), assemblage (www.infinitenexus.net) or owx3
(www.eadmin.ch). As far as I know these are the struts-based open-source
cms-projects.
