[opencms-dev] URGENT! Bug? SQLEexception: Dublicate entry 'xxx' for key 2

Hello list,

I use the API it write users and groups, delete them etc.,. After  after
some writing, deleting, updating, reading I get teh following error and wonder
what the high level reason is for that:

java.sql.SQLException: Invalid argument value: Duplicate entry 'mygroup' for
key 2

After I change the names of the groups/users I read/write/manipulate it
works again for a while and then it happens again. Is this a bug, where OpenCMS
runs inconsistent with MySQL after some time ??

Can somebody explain what this error means on SQL level and how I can solve
it on OpenCMS API level (since I do not access directly)?

Any ideas?
