[opencms-dev] cannot create project help

I followed the installation instructions, but I get an error when I try to
create a new project. The error is:

 

Reason:

The entered project data is invalid.

 

Error Message:

Com.opencms.core.CmsException: 2 Not found

 

What do I need to do to get this working?
