[opencms-dev] Backup opencms

I normally backup both the database and the webapp (opencms stores settings
and classes within the webapp directory)

  what is the best strategy to make a backup of opencms itself and
everything made with opencms :

  do I have a full backup with the export of the database ?
  do I also need to export the module ?
  Is it better to make a backup of the whole mysql database ?

  Are their procedures to follow ?
  Is there documentation regarding making a backup ?
