[opencms-dev] index.jsp don't start automatic

Thats not all ... I've done so, but the index.html could not be 
displayed! Than at random I looked at the properties and saw that export 
was set to false.

Set them true and all will work :) independent if the suffix is .html or 
.jsp :)
