[opencms-dev] Problems with installation Default encoding

Hi!

 

I’m having a problem when I try to install OpenCMS. Tomcat is working, so is
Java and MySQl. This I know! However, when I want to continue from
http://localhost/opencms/ocsetup/index.jsp I get a NullPointerException and
I think this has to to with the default encoding. So my question is how do I
change the default encoding on a Windows XP Pro machine. I’m starting Tomcat
now with a link to startup.bat, and when I tried to do as I’, supposed to to
in the instalationinstruction (c:\j2sdk1.4.1\bin\java.exe -jar
-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -Duser.dir="C:\tomcat4" "C:\tomcat4\bin\bootstrap.jar"
start.) it sure doesn’t work for me. Help!!!
