[opencms-dev] Exporting dynamically generated menus

I've brought this up before.

If you export your sites menu the menu produced goes out of date when you
move/rename/create new pages that belong in it. To get it republished you
have to touch the menu and republish it. So I've made it visible to the
projectmanager. The problem is, i've found out, that for some reason the
security preferences are overidden so that project managers are unable to
modify/interact with the jsp pages. So it is only Admin that can update the
menu, which isn't ideal.

This must be a common problem. Any thoughts or advice appreciated.
