[opencms-dev] Manually remove folder from DB (SQL Server workaround)

I am unable to get my SQL Server implementation to remove folders.  Until
this is resolved I'd like to attempt to remove them from the DB Directly.
Can someone tell me what table(s) are involved and how to query for a
specific folder by name.
