[opencms-dev] publish my content edited in backoffice

Hello 
I am developping a kind of news module. I am using the
ExtendedContentDefinition to get history and modify fonctionnality
I am using my own data base (no link with opencms database)
All the edition of content is done in the adminitration (backoffice) 

my problem is when i click on the publish button, it doesn't publish my
content. none of the publish method are accessed.

How can i do to publish my data with the publish button
