[opencms-dev] export access rights to .htacess files

Hello,

is it possible to extend the export of static content to export the 
group access rights for directory-ressources into .htaccess-files neeed 
to do access-control by a webserver?

Can this be done by writing a module or is it better to extend the 
opencms-core ?
