[opencms-dev] Where's doc for building a module?

I need to make some modifications to thew news_2.1 module, and have 
downloaded the source.  Are there some directions on compiling the 
beastie and uploading the new classes to the module?  I haven't found it 
in the documentation.  I'll keep looking.
