[opencms-dev] I think I need a build.xml for OpenCMS module

To compile the news source into something useful I think I need a 
build.xml.  I'm not an ant person, so if anyone already has a build.xml 
thinner than OpenCMS' I would appreciate it.  I'll edit it for news.
