[opencms-dev] <input type="file" .../> File Uploads into OpenCMS apps

I'd like to allow vistors to my site to the ability to upload files to 
share with others, and write them into the vfs, setting their navigation 
text and position.  I'm hoping there's doc online for doing that inside 
OpenCMS?  I'm going to go looking around.  "file upload multi-part" 
didn't find much in the archives...
