[opencms-dev] System error when creating a new project.

I just installed opencms without any issues and was steping my way through
the documentation 
creating the sample 'Nice Try' project but after entering the project name,
channels, etc. I get the System Error listed below.

com.opencms.core.CmsException: 4 Sql exception. 
Detailed error: [com.opencms.file.mssql.CmsDbAccess][Microsoft][SQLServer
200 Driver for JDBC]Invalid parameter binding(s).
------------------------------------------------

Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
