[opencms-dev] File upload limit... again

I could be wrong (it's happened before), but I am fairly sure that the 
file _must_ be named my.conf.

The files you named below are example my.conf files. Typically, during 
installation of mySQL, one of those files is copied/renamed to my.conf.

(In particular, look at some of the user comments at the end. IIRC, one 
or two address the my.conf thing.)
