[opencms-dev] Error "Unable to connect to database"

Hello List,

our Tomcat is logging the following message again and again:

"Unable to connect to database jdbc:mysql://localhost/opencms"

After Restarting Tomcat, all works fine.

We are using
- OpenCms: Version 5.0.0
- News Module: Version 1.1
- Tomcat: 4.1.24
- MySQL: 4.0.13

Is there maybe a bug in the News Module (NewsHack.zip)?
I found the Mail from Trevor Lee, but no answer:
